Dear colleagues,

The multimedia package (books, souvenir, and DVD)  «KoloVeni (Slavs) and Continuity of Culture and Right» give an account of most ancient legal history and the history of the Slavs, a refinement of the true meaning of the word Slavs/SlaVeni – KoloVeni, revealing the most ancient history of Russia, which was hidden behind a multitude of falsifications.

The ethnonym SlaVeni/Slavs originated as the result of an incorrect reading of the name  KoloVeni written in the AzBuka (alphabet) of the Etruscan period: 

1.    The ethnonym KoloVeni has its origins in ancient times, when names arose according to the ideas and beliefs of the Slavs of those times (KoloVeni/SlaVeni):  

1.1.  In Serbian and Russian and other Slavic dialects, Kolo meant, and still means, the annual cycle visible in the Sun’s motion (circle).

1.2.  In Serbian and Russian and other Slavic dialects, Veni meant, and still means, vine (wreath), i.e., kin.

2.    The true name of the SlaVeni/Slavs ß KoloVeni has been preserved to our time on a gold tablet from Pyrgi (6th century B.C.), now kept in the Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome.

2.1.  In the Etruscan period of the KoloVenic (SlaVonic) phonetic AzBuka (one symbol denoted one sound), the word KoloVeni (SlaVeni/Slavs) was written from right to left:

v     Sloveni – (Slavs) after many changes in the KoloVenic (Slavonic – Rasen) language, it was written according to the rules of modern Serbian based on the reforms of Vuc Stefanovic Karadzic (sloveny in Russian), so that no one could guess the true origin and connotation of the word,

v     Slavyane – (Slavs) after many changes in the KoloVenic (Slavonic – Rasen) language, it was written according to the rules of modern Russian based on the reforms of Peter the Great, so that no one could guess the true origin and connotation of the word,

v     Slavs – in English.

The multimedia package «KoloVeni (Slavs) and Continuity of Culture and Right» clarifies:

a.   the meaning and origin of the word RosSiya (Russia):

v   R – rod [people] + Az – original, first + siya-et [shines], which meant

v   Ras, which signified Kolo and the spiritual reflection of the Sun in its yearly motion – siyanie [radiance, light], which brings forth life–vine [venets] on Earth, so that the word RosSiya, or RasSiya as the wise Russian people correctly pronounce it, is a synonym of the word KoloVeniya,

b.   that for the ancient SlaVeni /KoloVeni/Slavs, the yearly cycle of the Sun’s motionwas the monotheistic deity Kolo in the aspect of:

v  SvyatoVid/HolyVid in four appearances, who was also 

v  TriGlav, since the spring and autumn equinoxes pass through the same ecliptic,

c.    that in 509 B.C., when the Latins overthrew the last Etruscan kings in the Apennines in a military coup, or the so-called Roman revolution, and banned the ancient religious [Azichesky/Yazychesky) symbol , meaning Ras –  the Sun/Kolo, which shines, in its yearly cycle; the symbol has been found at the archaeological site of Lepenski Vir (8000 B.C.) in Serbia, which right up to the Middle Ages was called Rashka/Raška = Russkaya,  

d.   that the ancient name of Switzerland – HelVetia – was the Latinized form of the name KoloVeniya/KoloVetia, which was and still is a synonym of the word RasSiya, as evidenced by old maps of Europe, which up to the Middle Ages gave the name of this territory as Ruthenia = Ratia = Ratsia (RasSiya),

e.   that the ancient name of Holland – HolLand was the Latinized form of the name KoloVend-ia /KoloWand-ia = HolLand,  

f.      that the names of many peoples who are not considered Slavs by language today were derived from KoloVeni/ KoloVedi/ SlaVeni/Slavs:

v  XelVeti [Helveti – Helvetians] and XEleni [HEleni – Hellenes], because Kolo, as the yearly cycle of the Sun’s apparent motion, with two solstices and two equinoxes, was denoted by the ideograph Х, so that the word Xelios [Helios] implies not only the Sun, but also Kolo as the yearly solar cycle, 

v  Svedi [Swedes], because the ideograph connecting Kolo and the summer and winter solstices was mistakenly read as a phonetic symbol – the Latin letter S, and so on. 

g.   that the EtRuscans wrote in the Vincan AzBuka [alphabet], elements and the main symbol of which have been discovered at Lepenski Vir; it was and still is an acrostic glorifying the KoloVenic/SlaVic pre-Christian solar deity – the holy Vid,

h.    that the word Cyrillic did not originate from the name Cyril (brother of Methodius) but from the ceremonial form of the AzBuka – Kurilic,

i.      and a great deal of other evidence is presented leading to the irrefutable conclusion that Roman law originated in EtRuscan law, which is why the fundamental concepts of Roman law have a logical explanation only in the Serbian and Russian languages:

1.      iustitia (justice: written as justicija in Serbian, and yustitsiya in Russian) and ius (law) are derived from the KoloVenic (SlaVonic) word ustiti/pleadings, since judging from the extant versions of the Law of the Twelve Tables as the first and oldest Roman law code, it lacked the present-day scope of subjective law (ius) as a single whole, consisting of:

v     authority, and

v     a claim that is made if this authority is not executed;

2.      ius(subjective law: jus in Serbian; yus in Russian) at this stage of development of the law was defined as the possibility of obtaining justice through oral pleadings [ustenya] by pronouncing the divine form of the claim through which this subjective law was exercised;

3.      KоDeux – the Latinized form of the KoloVenic wooden idols (koDukh → CoDex) on which the KoloVeni/Slavs inscribed their fundamental principles, because the ancient Slavs/KoloVeni believed that all is Kolo, and the Sun, its motion, nature, and mankind are a single whole, so that the god Kolo was manifested in a cross section of a tree trunk as annual rings (godichnye koltsa), which they used to define a year [god] as a unit of time. This was the origin of the name adopted by some of the new Western peoples for their deity – God.

The Inquisition ruthlessly destroyed everything that revived knowledge of the Sun as the center of a heliocentric system, since long before the advent of Christianity, the ancient Slavs had called:

v     the heliocentric system Kolo and worshipped Kolo as their highest deity SvyatoVid, who had four faces (two solstices and two equinoxes) and three heads (TriGlav, since at the spring (vernal) and autumn equinoxes, the Sun moved along the same ecliptic),

v     themselves KoloVeni, since their faith taught that “All is Kolo” and people were the vine (kin) of this movement, and Kolo as the Sun’s yearly “motion” was manifested in the cross section of a tree as a Year (God);

and as a result, during the Renaissance, all of the knowledge and achievements of the KoloVeni (SlaVeni – Slavs) was attributed to ancient Rome and Greece.

As a Doctor of Juridical Science, I would like to emphasize that if history is transformed into dogma, i.e., transformed once and for all into a given truth based on superstitions and religious doctrines, it cannot be considered science, since it cannot accept newly discovered facts or interpret them independently of any previous fallacies, inaccuracies, or falsifications, whatever they may be. Today, the progress of science is meaningless without multidisciplinary investigations. I hope that this work may provide a stimulus to the progress of archaeology, history, and legal history, as well at a level where there is no preconceived demeaning of Slavs and the Russian ancestral civilization, which today is noted for tolerance and respect for the differences of different races and peoples.

The fresco of the Serbian Miracle Workers depicts St. Sava the Serbian, the author of one of the oldest sources of law, known as the Kormchaya Book – Zakonopravilo [Law Code], which became the first Christian civil code of Serbia, Bulgaria, and Russia in the 13th century. The Kormchaya Book has also been used since the 13th century as the Church canon of the Russian, Serbian, and Bulgarian Orthodox Churches. 

3.      MINI BOOK WITH A SOUVENIR «RasSiya (RusSia = KoloVeniya) – the Most Ancient Civilization and the Serbian Miracle Workers» (448 pages: 84-page summary and conclusions of the full-length book), which I have created based on the folk art of round boxes in the Mezen painting style from the Northern DVina of Arkhangelsk Region of Russia, on which has been preserved all the symbolism of this most ancient of civilizations, known in modern encyclopedias as the Vincan civilization, that is, Russia (KoloVeniya). The souvenir consists of two books under the same title:

v     one miniature hardcover booklet 72 x 72 mm in size with 448 pages of black and white text and 16 color plates from the second book,

v     a second booklet in the form of circles of history placed in a round box as evidence of the existence of this most ancient civilization.

v     The English translation has been completed by a translator from Canada.

v     Mini book has been printed in Russian and is already distributed in bookstores in Moscow.

Within the context of this project, in addition to the book, DVD, and souvenir, I have already prepared the following for publication and sale:

a.             the new doctoral dissertation RasSiya – the Most Ancient Civilization and the Foundations of Legal History, which I will be defending before a dissertation committee of the Department of History at Moscow State University (MGU). The dissertation committee will include both professors from the Faculty of Law of MGU and professors from the Faculty of Law and Department of History of the University of Belgrade.  

b.             a multimedia dramatized reading of my scientific conclusions under the title The Occupation and Liberation of the KoloVeni (Slaveni/Slavyane/Slavs), which concludes with Serbian and Russian kolo (khorovod in Russian) dances,    

c.             the lectures which I am prepared to give, along with a presentation by laptop computer of photographs I have taken at archaeological digs at Lepenski Vir and Vincha (Serbia), Tarquinia, Rome, Pyrgi (Italy) Carthage (Tunisia), Sardis, Hierapolis, and Ephesus (Turkey), at the National Archaeological Museum in Madrid (Spain) and in Moscow, Suzdalj, Astrahanj, Vologda, Sankt Petersburg (Russia):

1.        for philologists:

a)      “The significance of the word HelVetia and the world view expressed on archeological megaliths in Carschenna, Switzerland as a means of understanding the ancient civilization of KoloVenia”,

b)      “The secret of the Russian church and the foundation of Russian culture as the original Vincha – the first extant settlement in Europe and the origin of civilization”,

c)       “The significance of the ancient world view of the KoloVeni/Slavs in interpreting the meaning of the name Slavs – KoloVeni”,

a)     “The influence of the Roman revolution of 509 BCE and the glossators (commentators) in the legal field on the change in the ancient name of the Slavs (KoloVeni)”.

I have already successfully presented the results of my scientific research in a number of countries, including:

v     in Moscow within the context of my ongoing lectures at the Russian Academy of Justice to fourth-year students of jurisprudence,

v     in Davos at the business forum Russia’s Investment Outlook for the New Presidential Term, organized by RBK (RosBusinessConsulting) television, and

v     in Belgrade at the Ministry of the Serbian Diaspora (in the form of a two-hour lecture) and at the Congress of the worldwide Serbian diaspora in the form of a separate ten-minute report and at Central Bank of Serbia (presentation of the book «KoloVeni (Slavs) and Continuity of Culture and Right»).

I began the research in which I refined the presentation of my results with the support of the State Historical and Cultural Museum Site of the Moscow Kremlin, which kindly provided annotated slides of the Serbian frescoes in Archangel Cathedral. 

The vast quantity of scientific data presented in the book will be of interest to historians, archaeologists, legal experts, and sociologists, and the author’s unique discoveries set out in popular language will interest a very wide circle of readers, not only in Slavic countries, but also in Europe and around the world. 

In the appendix I present:
